Zero to One Product Marketing

As founding PMM, I led a complete overhaul of Meter's positioning and messaging architecture from intro decks and website copy to elevator pitches and competitive positioning. I distilled a technically complex, vertically integrated product into narratives that resonated across ICPs, from IT operators to Fortune 500 executives. The work included a new company story, reworked sales collateral, and a unified positioning framework adopted across GTM. I also owned customer marketing (video and written case studies), release marketing, and content strategy.

Product Launch: Meter Command

I led the end-to-end launch of Meter Command, our generative UI network management software. The goal was to augment Meter's networking story with a category-defining intelligence layer for enterprise networking. I architected the GTM motion, crafted positioning that emphasized deep control reminiscent of the CLI, and tailored messaging for both operators and executives. The multi-channel launch spanned PR, thought leadership, demand generation, and sales enablement. Command reframed how customers perceived Meter's value and codified a repeatable GTM model for subsequent products.

Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant

I led all analyst relations efforts, including our relationship with Gartner. I spearheaded Meter's first Gartner Magic Quadrant submission for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure, ultimately securing placement as a Visionary in 2025. This required shaping a narrative that showcased Meter's vertically integrated model and differentiated innovation. I collaborated across product, engineering, and executive leadership to develop analyst-ready messaging, orchestrated customer references, and packaged compelling proof points. The Visionary recognition validated Meter's market credibility, elevated brand perception, and opened doors for tens of millions of dollars in enterprise opportunities.
